Description

You will lead a team of Implementation Managers to help customers onboard with Hightouch, ensuring quality, consistency, and predictability of implementations. You'll combine people management with deep technical expertise, actively guide your team through complex challenges, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of people management experience leading technical, delivery-oriented teams
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams in fast-growing environments
• Deep understanding of enterprise software implementations (APIs, databases, data integration)
• Hands-on experience with complex technical projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with customer success and implementation metrics

Responsibilities

• Build, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Implementation Managers
• Coach and mentor team members on technical execution and customer-facing skills
• Develop and scale implementation frameworks for consistency and flexibility
• Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans across accounts
• Partner with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to improve processes and products
