🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate launch timelines with internal and external teams.
• Monitor market launch readiness and daily capacity targets.
• Serve as point of contact for launch-related questions.
• Build and improve launch playbook and processes.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of program management or analytical role experience.
• Experience in startup or retail/CPG environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills in Excel/Sheets.

• Background in bizops, consulting, or investment banking.
• Experience with customer relationship management.
