Description

You will architect and productionize batch and real-time data systems to support business needs, ensuring data quality, performance, and stability. You'll design data models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to long-term data strategies while mentoring team members.

Requirements

• 9+ years experience with Bachelor's/Master's, or 6+ years with PhD
• Experience designing and building distributed data platforms (Spark, Kafka, Flink, HBase)
• Strong knowledge of Java, Scala, or Python, and SQL
• Proven ability to design and productionize batch and real-time pipelines
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and relational/columnar databases
• Experience with ML engineers preferred
• Technical leadership and mentorship ability
