🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
• Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and procedures
• Maintain production capacity levels and assist with planning

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record past 3 years
