As the first point of contact for prospects and residents, you will convert leads into tours, coordinate with the leasing team, solve problems, plan events, manage social media, and ensure a positive community experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or hotel environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Proficient with software, apps, and computer programs
• Customer-focused with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into community tours by following up with prospects
• Coordinate tours and achieve occupancy levels with leasing team
• Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects
