🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 6-8 Partner Sales Managers
• Partner with channel sales leaders and business development
• Hire, coach, and retain Partner Sales Managers
• Implement processes to maximize revenue per lead

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years leading a sales team in channel/partner/direct sales
• Experience partnering with outside field sales teams
• Proven track record building and optimizing sales systems
• Proficient with Salesforce and Zoom

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business
• 3+ years in SMB SaaS space
• Experience in dental sales industry
