💼 About This Role

You'll own the deployment and reliability of Tulip's multi-cloud SaaS environments for global manufacturing customers. You'll drive automation of the entire cloud lifecycle to ensure stability and developer velocity. This role is fully remote within Japan with future office plans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own deployment, health, and improvement of multi-cloud SaaS environments
• Design cloud architecture for global scalability and reliability
• Automate CI/CD pipelines for zero-touch software delivery
• Define observability standards and lead incident response

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering experience
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, and AWS or Azure
• Experience managing NoSQL and SQL databases, key/value stores, and messaging systems
• Familiarity with observability tooling like Prometheus, Grafana, and SRE practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to Go, TypeScript, Python, or Bash
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Business level of Japanese and English
