You'll serve as the operational backbone of a $1B+ DeFi ecosystem, managing the full financial lifecycle from payroll to on-chain payments. This high-visibility role bridges traditional finance and Web3, offering direct impact on scaling a premier lending platform. You'll work with a founding team of ex-Apple and ex-LinkedIn engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financial operations including payroll, cash flow tracking, and budgeting
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle and vendor performance obligations
• Support crypto-specific workflows like wallet management and on-chain reporting
• Coordinate with external accounting firms for tax and compliance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance or operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Background in Big 4 accounting, fintech, or high-growth startups

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DeFi protocols or crypto financial reporting
• Familiarity with Sui blockchain or similar ecosystems
• Ability to build scalable processes from scratch
