You'll build the engine that drives the engineers, leveraging LLMs to make the team 10x more productive. You'll own developer productivity by architecting LLM-powered solutions for automated code review, debugging, and documentation. This role offers immediate impact in a profitable AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify bottlenecks in engineering workflow and architect LLM-powered solutions
• Build 0-to-1 systems for automated code refactoring and test generation
• Architect and deploy LLM-powered services using commercial and open-source models
• Rethink CI/CD processes to integrate AI-driven bug detection and security assessments

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant coding experience
• Excellent knowledge of Python, Node.js, C++, Go, C#, or Java
• Experience building production-ready code used regularly by many people
• B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LSPs and IDE integration
• Proficiency with SQL and database technologies
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, or similar)
