• Oversee finances, business development, and operations
• Review and sign off on project budget reports
• Manage group organizational charts and staffing needs
• Develop client relationships and increase market share

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience within interior design
• Prior experience leading a team or studio
• Proposals experience
• Experience developing and maintaining client relationships in local market

✨ Nice to Have

• Registered Interior Designer, Licensed Architect, or NCIDQ Certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
