Description

You will lead the development and execution of high-value test programs to de-risk Antora's thermal energy storage systems. This includes designing test infrastructure, translating product goals into experimental plans, and improving test operations. Your work will directly influence key product decisions and Antora's path to commercialization.

Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Aerospace Engineering or related field; advanced degree a plus
• 5+ years experience in test engineering, test operations, controls engineering, or field engineering for complex industrial hardware
• Experience operating and troubleshooting high-temperature and/or high-power systems in energy, aerospace, or industrial settings
• Strong engineering fundamentals across thermal, fluids, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Hands-on experience building, modifying, and maintaining experimental or industrial equipment including instrumentation and control hardware

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sub-scale and full-scale R&D test campaigns for thermal energy storage modules and CHP systems
• Design, implement, and operate new test infrastructure for high-temperature, high-power experiments
• Translate product development goals into structured experimental plans with success criteria and procedures
• Develop and improve test operations systems including SOPs, scheduling, data analysis, and reporting
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause investigations across mechanical, thermal, fluid, electrical, and controls systems
