You'll design the next generation of technical service delivery, reducing support dependency and accelerating time-to-value. This role directly impacts how customers enable themselves at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop a bold vision for self-service, product-led customer journey.
  • Craft and socialize a multi-year roadmap for Customer Education, Professional Services, and Technical Support.
  • Launch self-service experiences including portals, in-product guidance, and AI-assisted support.
  • Establish KPIs for digital adoption, reduced ticket volume, and faster implementations.

📋 Requirements

  • VP-level experience in post-sales functions in high-growth SaaS.
  • Proven history of executing transformational change in customer-facing teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and blank-sheet problem solving.
  • Visionary leadership to articulate a radical new customer enablement model.
