🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop a bold vision for self-service, product-led customer journey.
- Craft and socialize a multi-year roadmap for Customer Education, Professional Services, and Technical Support.
- Launch self-service experiences including portals, in-product guidance, and AI-assisted support.
- Establish KPIs for digital adoption, reduced ticket volume, and faster implementations.
📋 Requirements
- VP-level experience in post-sales functions in high-growth SaaS.
- Proven history of executing transformational change in customer-facing teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and blank-sheet problem solving.
- Visionary leadership to articulate a radical new customer enablement model.
