Description

You will lead the design and development of Oracle Fusion ERP financial systems, manage a small team, and collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, inventory, and OMS teams to support business strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in SAP and Financial systems with increasing Functional/Technical responsibilities
• 5+ years experience leading teams
• Extensive knowledge of ERP Finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay, Tax, Bank Integrations, etc.
• Hands-on development and configuration experience with Oracle systems
• Experience in Retail environment preferred; Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team and serve as Functional/Technical Lead on Financial Systems including Accounting, Controlling, Consolidations, and Sales Audit
• Participate in discovery, architecture, and solution design for Oracle Fusion implementations
• Develop/enhance systems using SDLC tools and Agile methodology
• Lead production support and troubleshooting for Financial systems
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
