💼 About This Role

You'll develop relationships with prospective and existing customers as an outside sales representative, with pre-set, pre-qualified appointments provided daily. Your core impact is driving sales of home renovation services while providing a best-in-class customer experience. This role offers uncapped commissions and world-class training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Learn primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
• Work a full schedule including evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays
