You'll help lead daily branch operations, coaching and developing the teller team while guiding clients toward financial solutions that meet their goals. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee processing of daily financial transactions
• Lead sales, operations, and client service efforts
• Coach and develop the teller team

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 6+ years of retail banking experience
• Supervisory or management experience leading a project or team

• Knowledge of retail banking products and policies
• Experience with consumer and QuickStep lending
• Effective selling, cross-selling, and referral abilities
