Description

You will work on a new autonomous air vehicle development project, applying pragmatic systems engineering to deeply understand local requirements and champion testing as a design tool. Your role involves evolving the concept of operations, managing system interfaces, coordinating integration and test activities, and driving rapid capability development in a lean, high-ownership culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years experience in aerospace product development/test and evaluation
• Demonstrable Systems Engineering proficiency with practical understanding
• Experience in all facets of test process: planning, risk assessment, readiness reviews, directing events
• Experience with ground and flight testing of crewed or uncrewed aircraft (Group 3 or larger)

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to evolve regional CONOPS and high-level requirements
• Deploy Agile Systems Engineering governance for rapid development
• Manage system interfaces and develop integration processes for sovereign mission equipment
• Coordinate in-country development activities including bench, HIL/HITL, and flight testing
• Plan and execute major test events, serving as Test Director and ensuring timely reporting
