💼 About This Role

You'll join Navan's high-impact legal team, negotiating complex commercial contracts with enterprise customers for a category-defining travel and expense company. You'll shape legal strategy while collaborating cross-functionally to support global growth and redefine industry standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts with enterprise customers
• Lead customer-facing legal negotiations with Sales, Privacy, Finance, and Product
• Develop templates, forms, and playbooks to improve collaboration and sales enablement
• Provide legal advice on procurement contracts and handle ad-hoc matters

📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in your practice jurisdiction
• 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Significant experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with Fortune 500 companies
• Experience negotiating global commercial contracts, especially for customers in Australia
