💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end product launches at Ajax Systems, Europe's largest security system developer. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams from procurement to production. This role offers the chance to drive processes for a rapidly scaling company with 180+ devices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan budget, timelines, and material supply for product launch phases.
• Manage procurement, warehouses, logistics, certification, and marketing.
• Ensure cross-department communication and change management.
• Monitor project schedule and adjust documentation as needed.

📋 Requirements

• English level B1/B2 or higher.
• Experience managing procurement and subcontractors.
• Project management in electronics production (Proto to MP).
• Understanding of MRP and production planning.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of DfM/DfA/DfT and manufacturing technologies (SMT, injection molding).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ERP/MRP, and MS Project.
• Basic Lean/Kaizen and RCA skills.
