You'll join a premier law firm protecting clients' rights in immigration matters. You'll manage a caseload of removal defense and family-based petitions while collaborating with a dedicated legal team. This role offers significant growth and mentorship in a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions to clients
• Manage caseload of removal proceedings and family-based petitions
• Prepare legal briefs and applications for immigration cases
• Conduct intakes with detained individuals at detention centers

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of immigration law experience
• Active bar admission in any US jurisdiction
• Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, and detained cases
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
