🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate patient needs for home safety and medication management
• Address wheelchair seating, positioning, and pain management
• Provide falls prevention and chronic disease management
• Train family caregivers and collaborate with case managers

📋 Requirements

• Current unrestricted CA Occupational Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Knowledge of local community resources
