💼 About This Role

You'll be the technical owner for features end-to-end, powering our data platforms and web application at Vendelux, a Series A SaaS company transforming event marketing. You'll solve challenging technical problems and coordinate roadmap deliveries across our product team. This role offers the chance to shape technical strategy and mentor engineers in a fast-growing startup backed by leading investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end, including data platforms and web application.
• Ship high-quality, scalable software using incremental deliveries.
• Collaborate with operations, revenue teams, and users to plan feature delivery.
• Mentor engineers through pair programming and code reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building complex applications using Python and/or Typescript.
• Track record of shipping valuable features end-to-end.
• Track record of driving high-leverage improvements to infrastructure and process.
• Comfort with modern AI tools to accelerate development.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous startup experience
• DevOps or platform/infrastructure experience
• Experience with AI prototyping tools like v0, Lovable, Replit
