🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain daily inventory levels for fresh or ambient categories
• Provide real-time updates on ingredient availability and escalate shortages
• Execute top-up orders and call-offs from suppliers
• Log stock movements and investigate discrepancies using supply chain systems

📋 Requirements

• Action-oriented mindset with ability to balance desk and floor work
• Detail-oriented approach to stock counting and discrepancy investigation
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination
• Comfortable using Excel and inventory management software

• Experience in food production or logistics
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices
• Previous cycle counting experience
