Description

You will provide virtual therapy to college students, using evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and MI. Collaborate with campus providers and administrative teams to ensure cohesive care and support student mental health.

Requirements

• Active independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in Massachusetts
• Bilingual English/Mandarin required
• Minimum 8 hours per week availability during academic year
• Ability to obtain additional state licenses (support provided)
• Reliable laptop/desktop with video camera and stable internet

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions like CBT, ACT, DBT, MI
• Maintain timely records of clinical interactions
• Collaborate with campus treatment providers and administrative support team
• Conduct biopsychosocial intakes and develop treatment plans
• Identify and manage escalating risk scenarios
