💼 About This Role

You'll drive adoption of Semgrep's code security platform for key enterprise customers, creating personalized growth plans and delivering executive business reviews. You'll partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to de-escalate churn risks and advocate for customer needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Host monthly check-ins with customers to understand successes and challenges
• Create personalized success plans for customers to grow platform value
• Partner with Sales to host executive business reviews
• Collaborate with Tech Support and Product to resolve tickets and feature requests

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer facing role for a technical product
• Deep understanding of developer workflows and build systems (CI/CD)
• Familiarity with Web Application Security concepts (e.g., OWASP Top 10)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Account Manager, or Product Manager
• Background in DevSecOps or AppSec
• Engineering or technical degree
