You'll provide on-site technical support to system users, troubleshooting Tier 1-Tier 3 issues across Active Directory, MS Exchange, and O365. Your core impact is maintaining client infrastructure and resolving hardware/software problems to ensure operational efficiency.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot Tier 1-Tier 3 issues including Active Directory and O365.
- Manage ticket queue and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain systems and install new equipment as needed.
📋 Requirements
- 4-7 years of related IT experience in enterprise environment.
- 3+ years recent systems maintenance and end user support.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and MS Exchange/365.
- Experience with Active Directory and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
✨ Nice to Have
- Financial services or MSP experience.
- Knowledge of VMware, Citrix, or Cisco.
- Experience with ConnectWise or similar ticketing system.
