• Build and maintain dashboards for security metrics and KPIs
• Analyze PSA CRM data to identify profitability patterns
• Configure secure workflows and compliance reporting
• Troubleshoot data integrity and system functionality issues

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in software or cybersecurity
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) configuration and reporting
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis
• Experience with professional services automation platforms like Certinia or Teamwork

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with API development and DAX
• Knowledge of data modeling and visualization best practices
• Background in cross-functional cost governance
