You'll lead content strategy for e.l.f. Beauty's corporate and editorial platforms, including LinkedIn and Substack, to position executives as thought leaders. You'll craft compelling narratives that align with our brand ethos and drive engagement. This role combines editorial storytelling with data-driven insights to amplify our voice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute content strategies for corporate platforms and executives.
• Write on-brand editorial, bylines, op-eds, and social posts.
• Manage community engagement and track content performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on storytelling and campaigns.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years experience in social media, editorial, or communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with editorial voice.
• Proven experience managing content on LinkedIn and Substack.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with visual asset creation tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Familiarity with podcast and LinkedIn Live content.
• Knowledge of beauty or consumer goods industry.
