🎯 What You'll Do

• Support building a strong campus culture embodying the mission
• Plan and host community outreach events
• Give tours to prospective families and convert leads
• Manage day-to-day operations: billing, supply ordering, scheduling

📋 Requirements

• Director qualified (state-specific credential)
• Early childhood education leadership experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Facility with computer systems (CRM, billing software)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as an Admissions, Administrative, Program, or School Director for a preschool
• Familiarity with the Montessori method or Montessori certification
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM and billing software
