Provide 1:1 home care nursing to clients in the Oracle area, with flexible scheduling and a supportive team. You'll make a lasting difference in patients' lives while enjoying short commutes and 24/7 clinical support.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in Arizona
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Trach care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible shifts including overnight

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in their homes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to clinical team
• Document care using electronic charting (Cubhub)
• Collaborate with care team for optimal patient outcomes
