You'll act as an extension of the Founder, turning ideas into execution across hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and market entry. You will tackle high-priority initiatives such as China expansion and closing key hires. This role offers the chance to operate independently in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with Founder on China market entry strategy and execution
• Build and execute hiring plans to source and close top talent
• Support fundraising by preparing materials and coordinating investors
• Establish A1's China presence including office setup and vendors

📋 Requirements

• Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, or startups
• Strong generalist able to switch across strategy, hiring, and operations
• High agency—figures things out and moves without instructions
• Strong judgment to prioritize and decide with incomplete information
