Description
You will act as a trusted advisor to customers in the elearning space, helping them achieve their training goals through strategic partnerships, driving engagement and retention, and identifying upsell opportunities. Your performance will be measured by renewals, account growth, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Self-starter with track record of delivering excellent results
- Experience in customer success or account management in SaaS/elearning preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 15 days per year
- Comfortable with remote-first work environment
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive engagement, retention, and growth
- Conduct virtual demos and deliver customer journey touchpoints
- Develop success plans and forecast renewals
- Identify upsell opportunities and close renewals
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Gainsight
