Description

You will lead a maintenance team, oversee apartment turnovers, and resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues to preserve property value and ensure resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in facilities or residential building maintenance
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• HVAC, EPA, and/or NAPE certification
• Advanced skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians and community care associates
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Manage make-ready and apartment turnover process
• Execute preventative maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and standards
