🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Americas benefits plans and vendor/broker relationships
• Analyze and enhance benefits process workflows and technology solutions
• Manage retirement plan strategy, governance, and operations
• Develop and deliver marketing and communication materials for benefits

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of US employee benefits experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR, or related field
• Experience managing retirement plans from a governance standpoint
• Proven track record in health/wellness and work-life programs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday HRIS
• People management experience with direct reports in multiple locations
• HIPAA training completion
