💼 About This Role
You'll own the systems that convert demand into pipeline and revenue at a fast-growing dental supply startup. Your work will drive funnel velocity and conversion efficiency by ensuring prospects receive the right message at the right time. You'll collaborate with Growth Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to scale lifecycle programs.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and optimize nurture programs aligned to funnel stages
- Own MQL to SQL conversion and pipeline progression
- Execute email campaigns, QA, testing, and reporting
- Operationalize audience segmentation and maintain automation
📋 Requirements
- 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience in lifecycle or demand gen
- Experience building and optimizing nurture programs
- Strong understanding of funnel stages and buyer journeys
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with funnel metrics

- Experience in SMB-focused SaaS
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience supporting ABM or partner campaigns
