Description

You will lead the strategic implementation of security standards and provide technical expertise to advance Inovalon's detection, response, and automation capabilities across enterprise, cloud, and SaaS environments. As a senior technical leader in the SOC, you will design and maintain SOAR playbooks, integrate security tools, and mentor team members to strengthen the overall security posture.

Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in Security Operations, SIEM, SOAR, and security engineering
• Experience with security tools such as Rapid7, CrowdStrike, ServiceNow, and Azure
• Ability to automate security throughout the development lifecycle (DevSecOps)
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native security controls and architecture review
• Experience presenting findings to technical teams and executive leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementation of security standards and provide technical direction for security controls
• Design, develop, and maintain SOAR playbooks and automated response workflows
• Integrate and optimize SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and ticketing platforms
• Engineer detection rules and automation to reduce false positives and improve MTTD/MTTR
• Develop automation scripts and APIs for SOC operations including incident containment
