🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering, product, data, infrastructure).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill).

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a tech environment.
• Proven ability to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Well-established network within the tech industry.
• Proficiency in using recruiting metrics and data to inform decisions.

• Understanding of technical roles to assess talent.
• Proficiency with Ashby (ATS).
