You'll advise on real estate site selection, due diligence, and lead commercial closings for new branch openings at a construction tech company. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Review title insurance documents and resolve with title companies.
• Lead closings for purchases, sales, leases, and acquisitions.
• Summarize diligence reports on environmental, survey, and zoning.
• Coordinate with internal teams, outside counsel, and closing agents.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in legal or property transactions.
• High school diploma required; college degree in paralegal studies preferred.
• Experience with title insurance examination or real estate transaction closings.
• Ability to interpret commercial surveys and environmental assessments.
