🎯 What You'll Do

• Enhance and expand Agentic experiences on the Vanta platform
• Create and maintain high-quality AI patterns
• Pair with product teams to improve workflows
• Define a playbook for iterative experimentation with engineering

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design systems and UI/UX design
• Familiarity with AI tooling
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
