📋 Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Linguistics, or related field
• Research experience in LLMs, Conversational AI, or Speech systems
• Hands-on contribution as individual contributor leading experiments

• Experience with Spoken Conversational AI or Speech LLMs
• Ability to develop and lead independent research programs
• Startup experience balancing research and rapid execution
