🎯 What You'll Do

• Interview and hire credentialed veterinary technicians and assistants.
• Lead onboarding and training for new support staff.
• Address interpersonal conflicts and foster team cohesion.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and compliance with HR processes.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in veterinary medicine leadership.
• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT) or equivalent licensure.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling, and HR operations.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor staff.
