You'll lead onboarding of new employers for ICHRA health benefits, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to account management. You'll customize project plans and coordinate internal teams to deliver strong support. This role offers cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and more.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess needs of new employers and brokers for onboarding.
• Customize project plans for each new employer.
• Coordinate internal teams to prepare for new employers.
• Educate employers and brokers on ICHRA processes.
• Serve as project manager on interdepartmental initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask numerous projects simultaneously
