You'll lead the People strategy for Netomi's global workforce, partnering with the executive team to scale culture, talent, and operations in a high-growth AI company. You'll architect org design and talent frameworks while rolling up your sleeves to execute in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute comprehensive People strategy aligned with business goals
• Own global hiring strategy across technical, GTM, and G&A functions
• Shape and evolve culture to support high performance and inclusion
• Design performance management, leadership development, and succession programs
• Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience
• 5+ years in senior leadership capacity in high-growth tech/SaaS
• Experience scaling global HR functions and multi-jurisdictional compliance
• Strong business acumen aligning People strategy with company outcomes
