💼 About This Role

You'll own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts at a fast-paced AI infrastructure company. You'll negotiate construction, equipment, and power purchase agreements while building legal infrastructure to enable rapid growth. This is a role for a lawyer who wants to be embedded in the business and close deals, not just review redlines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and manage legal risk in commercial transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate high volume of commercial contracts
• Serve as strategic legal partner to business teams
• Build and maintain contract templates and playbooks

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4+ years of commercial transactional experience
• Experience negotiating complex commercial contracts

• Experience with power purchase agreements or energy regulatory matters
• Background in EPC or construction contract negotiation
• Prior in-house experience at a high-growth startup
