💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's team to repair deep wheel damage, use a wheel repair machine, and paint and clear-coat wheels in a high-tech Inspection Center. You'll ensure vehicles meet our quality standards before reaching customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair deep wheel damage using specialized tools
• Operate wheel repair machine for resurfacing
• Paint and clear-coat wheels to restore finish
• Inspect wheels for quality and defects

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional wheel/rim repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and age 18+
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime

• Previous work in a production environment
