💼 About This Role

You'll conduct civil rights investigations for a government agency, planning and performing on-site inquiries and interviews. Your work will support litigation and ensure compliance with federal statutes. This role offers the chance to contribute to meaningful government innovation while using specialized investigation tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct preliminary inquiries and draft memoranda on allegations.
  • Plan and conduct in-depth civil rights investigations.
  • Interview victims, witnesses, managers, and officials.
  • Manage databases cataloging evidence and investigative reports.

📋 Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience with law enforcement or civil rights enforcement.
  • Familiarity with Civil Rights statutes (Fair Housing Act, ADA).
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Tier 4 public trust clearance.
  • Ability to use Concordance, Casemap, or Sanction software.

  • Experience in legal support or litigation.
  • Knowledge of database management for investigative evidence.
