Description

You will partner with Account Executives to identify and qualify high-priority target accounts, create sales-ready opportunities through cold calling and outbound prospecting, and grow relationships with prospects via consultative selling. This is a critical front-line role designed to prepare you for a future in sales leadership at a high-growth startup.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year BDR/SDR experience
  • Strong phone presence, listening, and writing skills
  • Proficiency with corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, Google Workspace)
  • Salesforce and Outreach/Salesloft experience

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to identify high-priority target accounts
  • Prospect, educate, and qualify accounts to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Cold call and run outbound prospecting sequences in Outreach
  • Overcome objections through consultative selling
  • Use Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to execute daily workflows
