You'll support refurbished device customers with quick, clear resolutions across email, phone, and chat. Your work directly improves the customer experience and reduces the planet's carbon footprint. You'll also help coach outsourced agents and test new solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in English and German
• 1+ year of customer care experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
