You'll join Bluelight, a software consultancy, as an SDR for the Latin America region, working remotely. You'll proactively generate leads and build relationships with key decision-makers. This role offers the chance to contribute to a growing team with a focus on innovative technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively generate new sales leads via HubSpot, cold calls, email, and social media.
• Identify prospects' needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Build relationships with prospects and key decision-makers to qualify leads.
• Set up meetings and calls between prospects and sales executives.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in SaaS.
• Track record of achieving quotas and exceeding lead targets.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone and email.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Experience as a first responder is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
