You'll monitor and manage the 24/7 remote fleet of heavy equipment for EquipmentShare's rental and customer-owned equipment. Your core impact is maintaining fleet uptime by triaging incidents, responding to alerts, and escalating issues to senior team members. You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and contribute to knowledge base documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor fleet systems and respond to events and alarms
• Assist with incident triage, documentation, and escalation
• Coordinate with internal teams to support issue resolution
• Monitor service maintenance intervals and respond to queries

📋 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in customer or technical support
• Basic understanding of heavy equipment or mechanical systems
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 7x24 environment
• Working knowledge of G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)

• Associate's degree or technical certification
• Exposure to coding, scripting, or SQL/database querying
• Experience with fleet operations
