Description

You will manage multiple space systems missions, overseeing technical, programmatic, and financial milestones, and coordinating with customers and launch service providers. You'll be responsible for payload integration activities, interface documentation, and launch site campaigns. This role ensures mission success from contract through launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline
• 5+ years mission/program management experience or engineering background (stress, fatigue, payloads, vibration, thermal)
• Hardware integration or project management experience on launch vehicles or spacecraft projects
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally to launch sites and customer sites
• Active DoD Secret clearance preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple space systems missions including technical, programmatic, and financial milestones
• Oversee hands-on payload integration activities (fit checks, dispenser, launch vehicle integration)
• Develop and verify Launch Vehicle to Spacecraft Interface Control Documentation (ICD) and verification artifacts
• Maintain constant contact with customers and launch service providers, coordinating with technical staff
• Plan launch site activities, develop safety compliance documentation, and execute campaign at launch sites
